Marquette's River of the Dead

For many locals and visitors to Marquette the Dead River is the river to visit for waterfalls. Tumbling down from the highlands of the McCormick wilderness this river contains dozens of drops. Even with five different storage basins holding up the river, some covering mighty waterfalls, the Dead River still has a lot of wild left in it.
