Silver River's Quick Ride

Unlike many other of the Upper Peninsula's rivers, Silver River wastes no time bee-lining down to Lake Superior. The main branch starts up by Herman and quickly pours down a set of impressive waterfalls in a mad rush north, eventually joining up with the ambling East Branch before emptying into Huron Bay. There are plenty of waterfalls on its length which are normally grouped into three main sets.
